    Thank you!

Feedback about AutoCollage has been mostly positive. This application was developed to showcase our great research results in creating a good summary of a set of images. Nowadays, it is rare that someone will start reading a book without first reading its summary or browsing through the table of contents. In the future, it may be common that you will be able to remember events from your life looking through AutoCollages.

We would like to thank everyone that has taken the time to go to our support forum and post their important questions and feedback about this application. We would like to also express our gratitude to all those customers who thought enough of AutoCollage to register the application.  It may be just our wishful thinking, but there is also some anecdotal evidence to support the conviction that those customers are happy with the product, and using it to create the AutoCollages that are being posted all over the web, some of them in our own Flickr community.

Install on up to five machines!

We've been getting lots of comments in the AutoCollage forums from people who have more than one computer. This raises an interesting feature you may not be aware of: multiple AutoCollage installations.

When you download or purchase a copy of AutoCollage, the license allows you to install it on up to five of your machines. So if you've got multiple computers at home and have a copy of AutoCollage on one of them, you can share the love with up to four of your other computers! Smile

Welcome to the Microsoft Research AutoCollage blog!

AutoCollage, simply put, is a tool that makes collages based on a directory full of images. It’s based on Digital Tapestry and AutoCollage research. You can see a few sample collages in this blog’s photo galleries. After you’ve taken a peek at them, why not check out AutoCollage for yourself? You can download a trial version, or learn more about buying it.

If you’ve got questions or comments about AutoCollage, we’d love to hear from you on our forums.
